Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order placement. Our warehouse is operational from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or on holidays will be shipped on the subsequent Monday or the next business day.

Where can I track my shipment?
You will first receive an email confirming your order once it has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or you can email us at info@stingsmarketing.in and we’ll do it for you. You can expect a response from us within a day with your updated shipping status.

How much am I paying for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over Rs 999. For orders under Rs 999, a Rs 35 shipping fee is applicable.


What is our Return Policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return, just email us at info@stingsmarketing.in with your order number, and we will arrange reverse pick up from your location.


How do I return a product?
To return an item back to Mirada please:
• Email us at info@stingsmarketing.in with the name of the product you are returning, your order number and the reason for your return.
• We will generate a pickup from your address with our trusted delivery partner.
• After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
• The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
• For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
• If you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
